Your personalized surprise

The service prepares a message from Santa Claus in the chosen language based on the information provided by the parent. The delivered content, MP3 and/or MP4, the number of children allowed, the approximate duration, and the total price including tax are specified in the package and then in the summary. A gift wish is never a promise to receive it.

Order and payment

You can correct your input before payment. The server calculates the total price including tax based on the chosen package. Santa’s Magic Sack includes one to three children at the same price, with no extra charge per child. Payment is processed via Stripe; creation only begins after payment confirmation by this provider. The payment return page alone does not constitute confirmation.

Santa’s Magic Sack includes a single family video and one shared call broadcasting the personalized audio from the video. The parent chooses their mainland France number and the Paris time, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., at least one hour in advance and up to 180 days ahead. The schedule can be modified before the call starts. In case of a busy line or no answer, the parent can choose another slot, with a maximum of three attempts in total.

Deadlines and delivery

A delay is only announced if configured for the package and can be met. Preparation steps are available in the family account. An email notifies the parent when files are ready. Files are accessible for 30 days after being made available; the exact date is displayed on each order. Download them to keep them.

Execution and withdrawal

Before payment, two separate consents are required: acceptance of these terms and the request to begin providing the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledging the loss of this right at the start of execution. Proof is kept with the order. The application conditions must be validated by the operator before opening.

Quality and support

The voice and lip movements are generated by artificial intelligence and may have imperfections. If the message, pronunciation, or files are unsatisfactory, please contact contact@lepapanoel.fr. Your request will be reviewed with the order reference. Consumer legal rights remain applicable; this page does not replace them.

Call and purchase history

Calls and purchases made on the original site remain linked to their journey and historical conditions. They are not automatically imported into this new application.

Information to be completed before purchase

The identity and full contact details of the seller, complaint and refund procedures, applicable guarantees, and contact details of the competent mediator must be finalized before any actual sale.
